Vietnam Next Gen
In Vietnam we are partnering with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to help the country develop a skilled workforce prepared for the jobs of tomorrow. Under our latest Memorandum of Understanding, we will help young people improve their knowledge, skills and professional experience to adapt to automation and digitization. We will also promote the development of women’s roles and enhance their leadership skills under Industry 4.0.

Youth Summit
Our first Annual Youth Summit at our global headquarters connected local Milwaukee students with workforce experts for personalized career coaching and work skills training. More than 120 students participated in interactive workshops and received one-on-one coaching from ManpowerGroup leaders and staff.
